About Us

Accessible mobility, in the palm of your hand

VisioRide is an accessibility-first mobility platform rooted in Doha, Qatar — built with and for people with visual, hearing, and mobility needs, and the families and institutions who support them.

We design with the community we serve, so every journey reflects real needs — not assumptions. Accessibility is our starting point, never an afterthought.

Founder Story

Laiba Amir Rashid, founder and CEO of VisioRide, presenting the company on stage

Building mobility around independence

VisioRide began with a simple belief: transportation should expand independence, not limit it.

For founder Laiba Rashid, that vision grew through conversations with members of the blind community and a deeper understanding of the barriers people with disabilities face when moving through their city.

She founded VisioRide to help create a more accessible, safe and independent mobility experience — using human-centered technology designed around real needs.

What started as an idea has grown into an accessibility-focused mobility startup, with the same goal at its core: making independent transportation more accessible to everyone.
